If a waiver is required, you can download the waiver straight from the Spy Associates website and email them a signed copy. Spy Associates offers free and discreet ground shipping to most locations in the US. They also offer same day shipping on most of their items. For custom items with add-ons, allow a few additional days for delivery.
If you would like to return an item you purchased from Spy Associates, you can do so within 10 days from the date you received the item. Spy Associates only accepts returns for items that have been damaged during shipping. Bug sweep items cannot be returned under any circumstances, but Spy Associates does offer free technical support if required.
