Free shipping is available when you spend the minimum required amount on their website. You can also select 2-day or overnight shipping for an additional fee. Slice delivers to all addresses within the United States and Canada except PO Boxes. All orders placed after 11 am PST or during weekends will be shipped on the next business day. You cannot change the shipping address once your order is shipped. A signature is required upon delivery of your package, and the courier will attempt to drop it off three times before returning it to the Slice warehouse.

You have no later than 30 days to return any product for a refund or store credit. All original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Contact Slice customer support to ask for a return authorization number. If your order was incorrect, missing, or damaged during delivery, you could request a free replacement shipped to you.
