Michaels offers great discounts to select groups of customers. Teachers, seniors, and military members qualify for exclusive discounts. Teachers looking for classroom activities or their personal craft projects can save 15% whenever they shop at Michaels (some exclusions apply) when they bring in the teacher discount coupon. If you’re an avid craft enthusiast over the age of 55, you can get 10% off your Michaels order using the senior discount coupon. Meanwhile, military members with valid IDs can receive a 15% discount on your Michaels orders with the military discount coupon.

Payment, Shipping, and Returns

When you’re ready to checkout, you can choose to check out with PayPal or go the secured checkout route. You’ll also be asked “Do you have a promotional code?” early on, and you can apply your coupon code in the box above the checkout button.

Shipping costs start at $4.95 to ship to a local Michaels store (arrives within 5-7 days) or $6.95+ for standard shipping to your home address. Second-day shipping starts at $12.99, and overnight shipping starts at $32.99 (actual shipping costs depend on the size and cost of your order).

To return an order, you can bring it back to a Michaels’ location (with or without a receipt) or call their customer service department to request a return label. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. You’ll receive your refund in the same form that you originally paid. Exchanges are not possible for Michaels.com orders at this time.
